• Information You Provide to Us: We collect information you voluntarily provide for support, warranty claims, or returns, such as direct contact info, product photographs, and proof of purchase.

• Payment Data: We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or bank account details. All payments are processed securely by the marketplace or retailer.

We use your information solely for legitimate business purposes: order fulfillment, customer support, returns/warranties, and legal compliance.
